**BeniBillions Return Policy**
At BeniBillions, we want you to love what you ordered! If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our return policy below:

**Eligibility for Returns:**
- Items must be returned within **30 days** of the purchase date.
- The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
- Clearance or sale items are **final sale** and not eligible for return or exchange.
- For hygiene reasons, accessories (such as hats, masks, or socks) cannot be returned.

**Return Process:**
1. **Complete form below with your order number and reason for the return.
2. **Receive Authorization:** We will respond within 2 business days with instructions for shipping the item back to us.
3. **Return Shipping:** You are responsible for covering return shipping costs, unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. BeniBillions is not responsible for items lost in transit.
4. **Processing Your Return:** Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

**Exchanges:**
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.

**Refunds:**
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.

**Damaged or Defective Items:**
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within **48 hours** of receiving the product. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.

**International Returns:**
For international orders, the customer is responsible for return shipping, duties, and taxes.
